I have always been terrible with fasting, even when I just lie in bed. I've tried all the tips, the pills, etc. I'm nursing a 1.5 year old every 2-3 hours (she won't take a bottle and isn't great at solids). I plan to stay in bed as much as I can but does anyone have any ideas to help me psychologically deal with the fast? I've been losing sleep over this for months.

Have you tried bioplasma?
Start day or two before the fast. A game changer.
Stop the caffeine a week before the fast.
