Popcorn cauliflower- oil with spices- turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, paprika

For kugel
Boil cauliflower till soft.
Then drain very well
Mash cauliflower add 3 to 4 eggs,
Mayonnaise, onion soup powder, bit salt and about 1/4 cup flour.
Mix all well (all this can just be done with a fork)
Bake till nicely brown on top.

Or 1/4 cup flour?
