I've noticed a yr ago that my hair was very dry and clumpy.ovee the last few months I've been washing with regular shampoo and recently as I've been brushing I'm noticing that its been getting very knotty and. Literally pulling out hair as Im brushing.
My pony is tiny thin;( Ive lost tons of hair over the last yr.
Anyone have any tips on which shampoos, which vitamins can help with this? Anyone else has this issue?

I cut my hair really short because my hair got so thin. No pony. Boy cut.
I don't brush it so less falls out. I wash once a week with shampoo so less chemicals.
I did blood work. No obvious reasons.
Really just eat protein, take nutrifol vitamins, use Rogaine. There's not a whole lot to be done about it.

I bought this shampoo for my brother who had extreme hair loss. He uses it every day and we see DRAMATIC improvement. He gets a lot of comments about it lol.

Don't use any shampoo or soap that has ammonium in it.

Nutrafol supplement (cheaper on ebay than on amazon)

You might also want to alternate ketaconazole shampoo and head and shoulders if dandruffs / fungus is the cause.

Former Medical assistant at a dermatologists office Go to the dermatologist- they'll be able to run bloodwork and make sure everything systemically is okay and recommend shampoo or vitamins that should do the trick. Hair growth can be a slow process (6+months.) Definitely go sooner then later because depending on what type of hairloss it can be more difficult to reverse.
