I'm wondering if there's a chat group for women or men in the special Ed field specifically p3. There has been a Tro for the new amendment that was passed in July. According to my understanding, rates should go back to the way they were previously. I have so many questions and would love to talk to like minded ppl.
Any ideas?

I don't see how the tro would affect rates. My understanding is it reinstates the ability to request due process hearings.

If agencies are doing hearings and getting 250 and hour, they can afford to pay providers alot more. With the new amendment, they were gonna pay 65, while it used to be between 85 & 90..
Also, for those enhancing cases themselves, they can do resolution as well for 125.

One agency had providers sign that even if enhanced rate goes through, they will still only pay $60-5.
Check your contract carefully.
