Help! Nausea stage has started and only nibbling crackers etc seems to help. What can I do on Yom Kippur?

3 months pregnant. Absolutely ravenous when I don't eat for 2 hours, but also constantly throwing up. Not the best faster on a good day so I'm really nervous about fasting and entertaining my kids all day!

Try to stay laying as much as possible ! I was in early pregnancy last two Yom Kippurs (one ended in a loss and was pregnant again with my baby the next Yom Kippur bh ) I also get so nauseous and belch on a regular day but my psak was that I can’t rely on shiurim without staying in bed and attempting to fast . My rav told my husband that he would only be Matir shiurim if I’m vomitting despite staying in bed . I took it seriously and stayed in bed all day and only got up to use the bathroom ! I did rather well both times ! You’d be surprised how minimal activity makes a difference. My husband stayed home for a good part of the day because the rav said he has to allow me to stay in bed before having shiurim.
