The first is biblical. Two and three are more common in Sephardic circles.

I have a child with Yehudah as a middle name, born after 6 years of secondary infertility. You better believe that we were looking for a way to thank Hashem!! The nice coincidence was that I happened to have a grandfather to name for, so I was able to make my parents happy in two ways.
