Permanent hair removal for blondes?

I’m sick of waxing and shaving. Want to get rid of my leg and pubic hair. Laser isn’t effective on blonde hair and it seems like electrolysis would take forever for such large areas.
Are there any other options? I’m not having any more kids (unless HaShem sends me a very unlikely surprise).

My leg hair is very light. Pubic hair more like dark blonde but still too light for laser. Underarms I do quick shave every couple of days, it takes no time so I don’t care about that.

Is there really no laser that can work for our dark blonde hair?
