They're both good. What do you want to know? Next is excellent quality and much cheaper.

My son wears size 18 children's place and doesn't like skinny fit. Does Next have a similar cut/ size?

Fit of legs they may have the same as they have quite a few types - crotch fits different.
I find next better quality - doesn’t fade

These look nice but are mostly polyester. That's why they don't fade. But they are likely less comfortable and breathable than cotton pants.....
