I just received a Betty Crocker/ (or Pizza maker, depends on how you call it) as a gift.
I'm not sure how to best use it.
any ideas how I can make some boneless chicken tops (schnitzel) in it without it drying out??

I use a parchment and bake it for 10 min. If it is thick maybe a minute or 2 more. Flip half way.
Breaded cutlets with some oil under it works very well.
