Hi,
I will be iyh in eretz yisroel very soon and desperately need some brachos.
Can someone please give me info on how to get in to reb. Kolodestky and and mekubal who is good for changing mazal?

I don't know the answer to your questions. Just suggesting perhaps to try Rebbitzin Miller. Shes known to remove ayin hara but I believe does more than that.
