My kids are young so I’m not there yet. But I’m just wondering… can anyone give me a rundown on the “types” of seminaries and their types of girls… obviously this is just based on reputation or general vibe and there are exceptions to the girl. Interested in learning about the “top” seminaries more
Maybe if you can provide small anecdotal examples of how they differ in feel or hashkafah

The top sem is where your daughter is happy. My daughter has friends who cry because they're in a sem for shidduch... And not because it interests them.

"Top Sem" has no meaning. There is nothing that makes them top.

It changes depending on which girls go where. The top sem in my days are totally different than the current ones.
