Would’ve thought they’d be somewhat adjusted by now. They’re going to sleep regular time but waking so early every morning. When will their bodies get the memo?

Yes!! And then my 2 year old crashes at like 3pm and takes a nap so then of course he goes to bed even later and still wakes up at least an hour early sometimes an hour and a half!!! Which just then restarts the whole cycle again! He hasn't napped in months and now I can't wake him from his nap at 3 pm!!

Can you wake him from his nap like 15 min after he falls asleep? I did that last year. It was so hard but that’s the only way we still had a normal bedtime. This year I just actively watch him every second so he’s not falling asleep.

I've had such a hard time waking the kids for school up until now. Now that it's an hour later for their body still, they wake up on there own just the right time!

Yes! My 5yo has been up about 5:30 everyday.
But I've been waking up even earlier! And I'm exhausted at 9pm, I can't seem to adjust

Yes!! Even my 7yo is waking up crazy early! I hope Shabbos schedule will help them adjust, but I'm not sure that it will. In the past it has taken my kids 3 weeks to adjust to the new schedule!

I thought it takes a week to adjust. I don’t remember going through this other years. We’re all walking zombies by the time it’s the kids bedtime.
