If she likes baked goods, and for shabbos, homemade or fancy from bakery
If she has a family already, takeout
If first or second kid, something like an excellent baby carrier with return slip
If later number, a gift basket with diapers, baby soap, wipes, and make blankie/snuggly wrapped in cellophane, nicely arranged.
