That's fine too. But truthfully I'm scared of fudges. I tried so many times and they always flopped.

Marble?
The 2nd Pupa has a good one, no snow but you need to beat the eggs for 10 minutes.
I like to make it in loaf pans because we don't need so much at once.

I hate loaf pans. I only like cookie sheets, 10x16 and 9x13. I cut into stripes and freeze per 2. Then right before using I cut onto squares. This works best for me.

I was thinking about it. But 2 9x13 recipes isn't exactly a 10x16. Also, there are very few 9x13 cake recipes.

I have a marble cake recipe for a 10x16. It’s with a snow, so not a quickie.
Let me know if you want the recipe.

The chocolate cake and the honey cake on the one bowl no mixer thread are both smaller than other 9x13 recipes and fit perfectly in 10x16 when doubled.

Mix rest of batter ingredients. Gently fold in snow. Pour 3/4 batter into 10x16 pan.
Combine the 4 last ingredients to make chocolate mixture. Add water as needed to get a smooth consistency. Combine with the rest of the batter. Pour over the cake carefully and use a fork or knife to marbleize.
Bake on 350 for an hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Can you explain a bit more what you mean by "cut into stripes and freeze per 2"?
When do you use these cakes?

I take the cake and cut the entire cake I to aprox 2" strips. Instead of then cutting it into squares, I take 2 strips and freeze them together in silver foil.
Dh makes kiddush every shabbos morning on cake and herring. We have a mini kiddush every week at home.

Do you have the Spice and Spirit purple cookbook? So many cake recipes there are easy and call for 9x13, try doubling those.

Would love to see a chocolate chip coffee 10x16 recipe.
Or someone once sent me a delicious 10x16 recipe of a cake that had walnuts in it, was so different than I was used to but absolutely delicious and light and fluffy. (Side point was so sweet of this person to send an entire 10x16 of cake as part of a Postpartum Supper, I have no clue who she is)
