If you are working in the medical field, do you feel that the years of school and work you put in was worth it? Are you happy with your salary? With your working conditions? With the hours ? Do you have any flexibility? Overall, do you recommend it?

"Medical field" is quite broad.

The poll is probably meaningless unless you get more specific.

I assume answers will differ if you are a neurosurgeon vs dental assistant vs cardiologist vs midwife vs RN vs medical lab technician vs. medical billing specialist vs. dermatologist, etc.
