My toddler had loose diapers since yesterday. No other discomfort or symptoms, but I changed her twice during the night and never usually need to. Would you keep them home or send them out if no other symptoms?

Only if the cause was known to be non viral (drool from teething, antibiotics or diet change). If it’s sudden and unexplained it’s probably a virus and not fair to everyone if you send.

If it’s actual diarrhea don’t send. Otherwise it’s ok (playgroup morah here)

Changing twice during the night is a lot! Wait and see before sending.
If she has one more, do not send.
If child looks fine and no more bad diapers then do.
