3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract (of course PURE)
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
cinnamon/sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking sheet. Beat eggs, sugar, oil, lemon juice, salt, and PURE vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Add flour and baking powder. and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Shape into 2 logs on greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cut logs into slices and place cut side down on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar and bake another 5 minutes.
I baked them until very lightly golden since we dont like them very hard. These are really easy and good.

If anyone uses this recipe often, does the result resemble Stern's Mandelbread?
If not, does anyone know a really good recipe that does resemble Mandelbread?
