1. How much are you willing to pay
2. Clothes style can look great on one individual and hideous on someone else, she should just go and try on. Neh Forget about fahion, Classic imho is the best way, to go it is elegant chic and travels through time. If she wants to be abit funky since she is young I understand, let her invest in a scarf and hat that is fun.
