I made this and we devoured it. I used lime cuz I was out of lemon juice. It was delicious, and super easy. I like the sweet touch that the apple adds. Thanks cookielady!!

I'm glad you liked it MommyLuv, the trick is to make sure e/o at the table eats it so no one will notice how e/o reeks of garic!

Really 45 seconds? When I bake myself a baked apple in the microwave I have it in there for a good 4-5 mins if I remember correctly.
