I know this may sound weird, but does anybody have any ideas for Mishloach Manos for my mother and Shvigger? Something not having to do with the children...?

a nice salad bowl filled with an assortment of veggies some croutons and a bottle of dreessing. wrap in celaphane and add a bow.

Last year I put some nosh into a frying pan (that I got for $1 at the dollar store) and I put a sticker on it that said: a "FRY"lichen purim
It wasn't expensive, and very cute... What should I do this year?

I don't know if this is good for your shvigger, but I've seen the following done: readymade pizza shell, jar of sauce, and cheese
bread, coldcuts, condiments, pickles, onions
box of cereal and milk
breadsticks with a cheese dip
everything mini- quiche in mini pie shell, mini bulkelach, small wine etc..
absolut mandarin surrounded by mandarins
for those who would appreciate it- green sour sticks (grass) with gummy worms, on top of chocolate cake (dirt), stick in skewers with fruit leather flowers
Maybe your shvigger would like something she could serve at the seuda?

So,
What are you doing for shalach manos this year? Do you have a theme, are you using an original packaging or standard? Are you giving anything different/ exotic?
Personally, I dont know what I'm doing yet, but I want to do something inexpensive and cute.

I bottle rose wine, bunch of red grapes, one bar rosemarie chocolate, and a red rose :-).

My other idea is my ds wants to be Achasveirosh so I decided to make dd Queen eEsther & the baby a prince or something. Then give a "royal" type of MM. Any ideas excatly how?
