walk on the boardwalk, see a water/light show in a mall on the boardwalk (I forgot the exact name), climb up the light house, there is a pier with rides and games and stuff thats fun. there is mini golf on the boardwalk, there is an outlet mall also close to the boardwalk.
there is a kosher restaurant there. we were not so impressed with it as their portions are not so big and it is very expensive.
let me know if you have any other questions.
good luck!

Which hotel is nice? Im reading reviews but they all say the hotel is old and shabby. The ones that have good reviews are very expensive. The chelsea is a new hotel but there is nothing too it just a room. I rather want a room in a hotel with a casino. Any idea.

Check out any of the hotels like Bally's or Caesars, Tropicana or Trump Plaza, The Taj Mahal, they're all on the boardwalk, they should all be relatively cheap Thanksgiving night. If you want a nicer room, book a nicer room. These hotels are not shabby at all, although Caesar's looks amazing in the lobby, but the rooms are quite a let down after LOL The more the room costs, the better the room is usually.

The mall is The Pier at Caesars, it's quite stunning, but how long can you stare at a water fountain . However the mall is really nice and have all kinds of up and midscale shops.

Yes! If you like to bargain shop, there are plenty of outlet stores like Coach and Kenneth Cole, Liz Claiborne, Banana Republic, GAP etc. across from the hotels on the street.

I agree, although in another thread many posters loved the place (Shari's) I personally was not impressed with the food or the prices. I guess it's a matter of taste, if you don't mindspending the money, try it out.

Oh, and it's quite cold to be walking around the boardwalk, also the rides and games are not open in the winter.

I believe the Tropicana Hotel has a comedy club that has nightly shows.
