looking for an apartment in boro park in the high number anything like past 18 and high numbers in streets too... Can also be a basement , I want cheap.

how many bedrooms? we have one- 850 but its 1 br - brand new though just built the house this summer-
I think its about 700 square feet
hardwood floors
1 bathroom (full-bath plus shower)
1 bedroom
full kitchen w/ brand new appliances
storage space
its not exactly a basement its a walk in from the ground floor but is technically below OUR first floor. it has its own seperate enterance.

Im also looking in the same area, but I do not want a basement (been there for way to long) and at least 2 br. Obviously, golddigger gets 1st choice, but im up for any rejects.

I have a friend getting married in a few weeks with no apt. (her apt. was rented right out from under her, the CHUTZPA!) so if gold and the first amother don't work out, please pm me with the exact address to see if it's good for her. Thanks.
