Please post recipe for KBD short on time potato salad!

My husband wants the warm mushroom potato salad for Shabbos... and I'm out of town and left my cookbook at home. I would really appreciate if someone has the time to post the recipe for me! Thanks!

it would be easier to scan and email but here goes:

2 pounds red potatoes halved
2 T olive oil
6 oz shitake mushroom caps, cut into 1/2 inch dice
3 scallions, thinly sliced, white and pale green parts only
1 shallot, thinly sliced
1/8 t dried thyme
1/8 t dried sage
1/8 t ground marjoram
1/8 t dried basil
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 T soy sauce
1 t fine sea salt
1 t freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 T apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves

Place the potatoes into a medium pot. cover with water. bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. drain and return to the pot.

meanwhile heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. add the mushrooms, scallions, shallot, thyme, sage, marjoram and basil. saute for 4 - 5 minutes, until the shallots and mushrooms are softened

add the mushroom mixture to the drained potatoes

in a small bowl mix the minced garlic, soy sauce, salt peper, mayonnaise, vinegar and parsley. add to the pot and toss to coat the potatoes

serve warm or at room temperature.

Awww!!!

I think maybe you did us a favor, because the recipe appeals to me, too!! I think we'l ltry it for Shabbos if we can get all the ingredients. Its still early enough here in CA for me to do that!
