Crayon my babys love that creamy texture but for us reminds us of baby food so I use a masher. and don't freak out anyone but miracle whip lots of it gives it a butter like flavour and season w/h garlic shredded or powder it's delic
I serve w/h an ice cream scoop

I use the food processor, add sauteed onions, egg, salt, garlic powder, and salt.

I love mashed potatoes I'd have to say a little bit of milk and sour creame !! or just potatoes with cotage cheese and bit of salt.

marmite!
It melts like margarine into the mash. Dh doesnt like marmite usually but he cant tell when I add it to mash potatoes cos it just adds a good flavour.

mash with a potato masher, leave some water from the cooking in the pot, and either margerine or a bit of oil, gives the potatoes a creamy taste and consistancy! Whenever I'm at my mothers house she tells me to mash the potatoes, she says I do it best.
