I'm making a Bar Mitzvah and may have some family come in for Shabbos. If I ask my neighbors to house some family, do I need to invite the neighbors to the Bar Mitzvah?

I would say at least to the kiddush if you are making one, and if yu are making the seudas maybe invite to one as well.
