I'd like to serve a warm cheese blintz or cheese puff as appetizer at the Shavuos day meal.
Does anyone have a recipe for a Parve version?

Tofutti has ready made blintzes. They are delicious when warmed up in a frying pan.

Thanks!
If I were to attempt making these myself, should I just use a great Parve cheesecake filling in the blintzes?

I know this is an old thread but if you want to use flaky dough I have a good filling recipe. Kreplach we never tried again after that year.
