We just received a bill for my son's delivery a year and a half ago for an out of network doctor that was present at delivery. (I mean, he CLAIMS he was there, who could remember now if he was??) Is there any way we can fight this bill? Apparently, the hospital sent him without my consent (or even asking me) and without checking if he took my insurance. Do we have to pay it??
