They are open. Btw they moved across the street to a bigger place and hours are extended.Library:
THURSDAY 10am to 4pm
SUNDAY. 10am to 4pm
MONDAY. 11 am to 3 pm
WEDNESDAY 6pm to 8.30 pm

Is there a Jewish library in Flatbush that has the latest cookbooks and non fiction ArtScroll books? Do you have the Addr/phone number?
