For Tishrei a really considerate poster ( sorry forgot who) made a awesome comprehensove list on what to do for all the days etc...

Does anyone have something like that for pesach?

It is the first pesach I am making and feel really lost Confused

Here's a list I put together a few years ago. Note that our seder is 30-40 or even 50 people, so you may not need all of this the same quantities. (not sure if quantities are listed.) Also, we don't use gebroks and the only processed foods we use is oil, salt and wine.

25 lbs matzah

produce:
1 Case of apples - Macintosh
Case of juice oranges
Case lemons
150 lbs potatoes
40 lbs onions
40 lbs carrots
25 cucumbers
5 Mangos
2 Dozen Avocados
Flat of strawberries
30 lbs. sweet potato
Bananas
2 Horseradish roots
Romaine lettuce
3 Dozen Beets
1dozen turnips
1 dozen parsnips
Dozen yellow zucchini
Dozen green zucchini
Dozen eating oranges
3 dozen tomatoes
4 eggplants

for the seder, to prepare on the night of bedikas chometz:
Kaarah:
Boil eggs
Roast chicken necks
Check lettuce and prepare in bags
Grind horseradish
Make charoses
Cut up onion and potatoes
Prepare salt water in bowls
separate 3 whole matzahs
Cloth napkins
Seder:
Hagadahs
Wine / Grape Juice – Chilled
Goblets & plates
Napkins / paper towels
Salt in small containers
Bowl for spilling wine
Make sure there are clean towels in the kitchen
Prepare matzah in zip lock bags
Bowls for horseradish

I hope this is helpful to people! I have other lists and if I can find them later and they're not the same, I'll post them.

Check out the book "Countdown To Peasach" published by the pple who wrote the spice and spirit. It has tons of list and advice regarding pesach - what to do, buy, menu charts etc...

If anyone wants a detailed cleaning todo list which I made for my place you could pm me. But you'll have to adjust it accordingly. I also divded the list into 4 stages of what needs to be cleaned when. Ie.. the last 3 days, the last week and a half, in advance
