Hi,
Anyone have a good Shabbos menu for Pesach that is healthy/low fat? Though I've made Pesach for many years, this will be the first time we're having guests on Pesach! embarrassed
TIA,
Debbie

debbie, there are many definitions of healthy. I recently started to use organic meat. it has MUCH less fat and tastes alot better than the other meats. that would be one way to do low fat. hatzlocha!

That's good to know - thanks! Does it apply to chicken too?

breaskfast - yougrt and coffee and fruit. lunch, I try to stick to greens and lean proteins like egg or chicken

if the kids make fries, for example, I either don't eat them or just have a few.

Tried this one pesach just before shabbos, and it was so good, I went to take a nap, and by the time I got up it was all gone. Chicken with lemon juice or organge juice. Place skin side down, cut orange or lemon in half, squeeze onto chiken...broil for 20 min, turn over squeeze other half of fruit, and broil again. No fat..low fat, and simply delicious!
