I'm happy for them. They seem like a nice family. Plus they can afford another as they don't have the financial pressure of school fees and keeping kosher.

I think it is refreshing to hear such positive and seemingly genuine joyous feelings about being pregnant yet again and raising such a large family.

I just saw that on MSN and was thinking about how great it is that the 'velt' can see that it's possible to have a large (or extra large) family that functions properly, the kids are happy, and everyone is normal. It's really a great statement.

Well, except for her last few deliveries have been very high risk and her doctor told her not to get pregnant again. Not sure that is such a shining example.

They also wrote that she had been "pregnant 18 times before", even though she has two sets of twins.
Ahm, math?

Where did you hear that? This article made it seem like her doctor approved.

Yes, on one of the episodes she says that their decision to keep on having as much as g-d gives them came after she miscarried, it was her 1st pregnacy...

Never heard that before, hmmmm.

But what I was talking about was the world's usual reaction to such large families: Oh my G-d, are you normal, how do they do that??? It's not good for the kids, how do they get enough attention, etc etc etc. Not such a kind reaction, in other words. But now they can get more of an inside look at how it IS possible.

I don't remember where I read it, but IIRC, one of her previous doctors dumped her and she sees a high risk OB who has her sign an AMA (against medical advice).
