try needles and knots 718-265-9600
they are someplace in flatbush. I havent been there myself, but my mom has bought tefillin bags to needlepoint from them.
there also used to be a place on coney island ave btw I-J called stitch & stitch. I dont know if they are still there, but thats where I got my matzoh covers, afikomen bags and pillow cases to embroider (this was over 10 years ago.)
