I don't have an official invite, but Puppets, a club in Park Slope, is hosting a Ladies Night on Sunday October 18th at (iirc) 8 PM. (5th AVenue bet. 11th & 12th).
It's $10 to get in, iirc, and a 2 drink minimum.
The entertainment will be Mirele Rosenberger and friends!

It's a jazz club in Park Slope on 5th Ave. between 11th and 12th streets. On Sunday, oct. 18th, we'll have an all-women's night starting at about 6 P.M. The music will vary between pop, jazz, stride piano and a couple of niggunim by MIrele Rosenberger. There will be two singers, Leona Schwab and Yocheved Perlman(Rosenberger). A guitar-flute duo will also perform. Shoshana Michel from Crown Heights will play stride piano. I'd love you all to come !

I'm conflicted. I'd love to see Mirele Rosenberger, on the other hand being in a club atmosphere doesn't sound fun to me. Also I don't like the 2 drink minimum.

The club is only going to be ladies, prob. frum ladies. And you don't have to drink alkie, you can get a soda.

I sent my friends but they said it sucked. it was a tiny bar & nobody was dancing & no singer. come on! they went to the bowling alley at the end! next time try that!
