unfortunately we are at the point where we are starting to consider bankruptcy. dh has a decent job but we have over $35 k in credit card debt and we just cant pay it
does anyone know a good bankruptcy attorney? im in NY

have you tried settling the debt? it might end up being more worth while in the long run.
todays days you can settle debt for 10 percent
