What kugels do you make in advance and freeze, besdies lukshen or potato ?
I'm looking for ideas.

I freeze any kugel, potato, lockshen, carrot, yerushalmi, etc.
The trick is to cook the kugel about 70 percent and then freeze it when it is really fresh. When you want to use it, don't actually defrost it, just bake it in the oven slowly.

About 180 degrees celsius, I think that is about 350 degrees fahrenheit.
