How do you organize your house- work according to your cleaning lady's schedule? Do you work along? Prepare work for her in advance? let her on her own? Curious how ppl are managing it. It's a struggle for me every week.

Is it easier to go per room and have the lady complete each room or have her vacuumed the entire house, then windex and then wash everthing
