I just noticed your question now. It’s interesting because the school itself has a hashkafa that is more to the right and the hanhalla would definitely not let their own children (who are all grown now) wear short socks. However, the clientele who send there now are…. I don’t want to say that they are really to the left, but I guess less yeshivish. This is my 4th daughter there. It seems that the clientele has moved more to the left since I sent my first there years ago.
