thanks!
actually not, the HCG really works! I did have some tough days and I cheated a couple days as well (but not major cheats, more like "real food) which probably slowed down the weight loss but I'm still happy with the results, and I plan to continue the protocol when I come back

I gained almost 5 lbs but I already lost 2.6 of them and I"m planning to be on the phase 3 maintenance phase for the remaining time of the 6 weeks and then I'd love to go back on the spray and lose the remaining extra weight!! this is hte diet that has worked the best for me and I'm so glad BH

I lost 37 kg in half a year, after my last pregnancy (while I was nursing)
What I did was
-Eat 3 times a day
- Nothing in between
-No sweets
-Didn't eat past 6pm
But I was very strict, I basically counted calories and of course the nursing helped.
And I didn't gain anything back yet, it's been 2 years.
Ah, if anyone is interested 37 kg are 81,5 pounds.

Yes, it was 1 kg a week like clockwork, some people thought I took something, which I never did!

It was extremely difficult but I was finally reaching my goal!!
However, in the past 2 years I've had issues in my life that made me lose control and I am 30 pounds more than I was when I did the HCG, However, I cannot see myself going through that diet again.
Sometimes, when you condition your body, you can keep going. But once you fall off the track it's extremely hard to get back on.
This is my issue with HCG. The first time I did it, I was excited to start. But I can't seem to be able to commit and condition myself again.
The other great diet I did was Dukan. It's also hard and takes much longer. If you can truly condition yourself to HCG I'd highly recommend that.
I'm going to try forcing myself to do that maybe. |
Are you me? I soooo could have written this post!
