You should see a dermatologist for eczema, because it can have many triggers. Diet, allergies, dust mites, etc. I don't think jojoba oil would hurt, but I would definitely ask a doctor first before treating something like that.
As far as I know, nothing gets rid of stretch marks. I've heard that anything that promises to get rid of them is just a sales gimmick, like "weight loss pills". Some things are just too good to be true. Enjoy your badge of motherhood!

Do let’s say someone washes face at night. This would be instead of a moisturizer. What about any anti aging serums . Would that be used before the oil? Can it be put near eyes ? On eyelids? Or stay away from those areas?
