I read dual discovery before pesach one year I have to say my pesach experience was something special.

Same author wrote another book - Song of Redemption - about the period of the Churban. So illuminating about that period of time, and very powerful.

Down came the rain by Brooke Shields

About PPD. Finally understood my feelings after I had my first child that I was too ashamed and disturbed about to even express to anyone.

For anyone who enjoyed Dual Discovery, try reading The Last Slave. Similar idea (set during this time period) but written way better.

I tried reading the Last Slave. I far preffered Dual Discovery. I couldn't finish The Last Slave.
But I know other people who loved it.

Just want to confirm, when people recommended "Raising a Loving Family", was everyone referring to Rabbi Russell's book or some were referring to Virginia Scott?

Rabbi Russel, I assume.

I read and enjoyed many books on this thread.

Another book that made me view life differently and hasn't yet been listed is When Breath Becomes Air

You'd probably feel the same about The Last Lecture.

Absolutely!! I laughed through it and learned so much about how I view housekeeping, helped me figure out a system that worked for me... I never imagined I would enjoy learning about housekeeping. But it was a total game changer for me.
The author is a self professed slob and describes her journey and lessons in keeping her home manageable. Its not for those strange folk who naturally have everything dusted and color coordinated.
