Since the other poll involving Schlissel challah went away, I decided to look at the 50 top links for Schlissel on Google and see how many were about that, the convicted murderer, or other things.

17 Mark Schlissel, president of University of Michigan
5 Yishai Schlissel
4 Schlissel Challah
1 a site about Yiddish words which mentioned the previous
22 other people named Schlissel

That only comes to 49 because one of the results was images. On the first page of images, there were 23 of the university president, 5 of the murderer, and 1 of someone else.

Searching in Hebrew for שליסל gave an overwhelming majority of hits about the murderer, the only other thing that came up frequently was a candy company called Leiman-Schlissel. No hits for challah unless I added that to the search.

There's Miri Schlissel, a tanach scholar who I've heard speak and also the person in charge of tanach studies at the Education Ministry, or at least she was until recently.
That's my first association with the name.
Then there's Yishai Schlissel, unfortunately.
And then there's schlissel challah, which I don't make - or rather challah yes, schlissel no.
