Does anyone have a salmon recipe that is not teriyaki, or honey mustard ....I once saw a recipe for salmon in puff pastry anyone have a recipe for that?

My husband makes the BEST salmon ever --

Fresh garlic, crushed
Grated onion
olive oil
lemon juice
tons of fresh dill, chopped.
salt

Make it into a paste and spread on top of the salmon fillets. Broil until done. It's UNBELIEVABLE!

I fry up onions and mushrooms. Brush pastry with mustard/honey/spices, spice salmon as well- and either make a long pretty roll with criss cross pattern on the top or I make individual pockets. Either way, whatever you put in it- it's a huge hit and really helps stretch the salmon as well.

ETA- I see you don't want honey mustard but really its not even necessary- if the salmon is well spiced and with the mushrooms and onions to keep it moist and flavorful, it's really good.
