So as if it's not hard enough to nurse on 9 Av, some of us have to go to work the next day - and it seems like the next day is when the milk supply is really affected.
Any advice on how to rebuild my supply at work (where I can't nurse my baby - or pump - every hour) after the fast?
[I can pump, of course, but not more than the 3-4x a day that I already pump...]
