4 eggs
2/3 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 box vanilla instant pudding (3.5 ounce-Osem one is different amounts)
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
spray bundt pan, mix everything (I did it with a whisk) pour whole mix in. bake at 350 for 45 minutes, check with tooth pick. let cake cool completely before putting on topping
drizzle topping
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon amaretto
1 teaspoon vodka
mix together and drizzle all over cake

I know someone that adds chocolate pudding mix and it becomes a chocolate amaretto cake. Yum!

I had a problem with the vodka too, so I found ameretto in spice bottle, the same way vanilla extract or rum comes in. im not sure what brand it is, but look out for it, it tasted the same as when I used to use the vodka itself. u are supposed to use 2 capfull. enjoy

do you add chocolate pudding mix instead of the vanilla pudding mix or in addition to vanilla pudding mix?
