I send my boys to Mosholu Cheder and couldn't be happier.
Academically they are top notch. Every Rebbe I have met so far is fabulous. The menahal and administration is also very accomodating to the parents and takes any issue or problem very seriously.
The parent body is very mixed, mostly neutral chassidish. Some boys go with curly payos, other behind the ear. Most bar mitzva boys go with up hats, very few with biber hats. The main maaleh of mosholu is that because it has children from all types of chassidus, the kids grow up respecting everybody. In addition the cheder takes the children to meet gedolim ranging from litvish- Rebbe Shteinem to chassidish rebbes so they grow up very well rounded.
As for rules, they don't really have much.
I will caution you, that it is quite difficult to get accepted.
If you have any other questions, I would be more happy to answer them.

OP here, Thanks for the help,
I send my 2 older girls to also a neutral chassidish school.
How many classes of each grade do they have?
Do they have a pre-nursery?
Why do you say that its hard to get in?
Thanks.

They have I class per grade. Some classes are quite large.
They do not have a pre-nursery. They do have a mosholu playgroup.

Chanuka time would be perfect to apply. And you should get an interview and aswer by purim. BTW nursery has teachers another major plus.

My son was accepted there and we were very seriously considering it.
My son is now in nursery., in a dif. Yeshiva)
The biggest issue there is the lack of orginization, and the crowd.

I have close relatives that are very happy there so depends on the person.
The crowd is very chassidish/ not heimish.
Every boy in my younger nephew class goes with curly payos. classes are very small, they don't have a building..
Pre nursery and nursery are in 1 class...

the last thing I would describe mosholu as, is "very chassidish". Ive got a couple of kids there. We are very happy with the cheder. The crowd is very mixed, and in all my sons classes there are boys who don't go with curly payos. The Rebbeim are excellent, as are the 2 menahalim. If I ever had an issue it was resolved very quickly....
If you have any specific questions, ill be glad to answer. Oh, and ftr, there is only one class considered small

nursery is comprised of that age kids only! the class is heimish chassidish and a beautiful size I would know since my son is currently there! he loves every minute of it and has great morahs. At orientation I met the parents quite a few who are fine BY graduates so I have no clue where you you got your information but its inaccurate.
