Toss with sliced olives and pickles.
Toss with California blend of frozen veg., thawed, baby corn, etc. and Italian dressing.
Edited to reflect:
The second salad, add some of the liquid from the cans.
And no extra spices, but YMMV.

the balabustes choice cookbook has a great marinated salad recipe that uses canned mushroom baby corn carrots peppers onion and a arinade if you want recipe let me know

Sesame Mushroom Salad
canned whole button mushrooms, drained
scallions, sliced
sesame seeds
Dressing:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp fresh ginger chopped or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Combine dressing ingredients in small saucepan and heat until dissolved.
Pour over mushrooms.
Chill.
Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds before serving.

3 carrots
2 cucumbers
1 red pepper
1 green italian pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red onion
1can mushroom drained
1 can baby corn drained
dressing
1/2c vinegar
4tsps water
3 tsps salt
3/4c sugar
1/3c oil
slice all the veggies combine the dressing and pour over veggies marinade overnight or a few hours I use whatever color peppers I have
