I have a good recipe I make for company - ketchup, apricot jam, lemon juice and onion soup mix - I'll post exact amounts if you want. Easy and good!

smear some garlic duck suace mixed with some tomato suace on top of the bottoms. close the pan with foil or pan cover. bake at 275 for 4 hours. uncover pan and broil for 10-15 min. till its golden.

I have a great garlic, basil chicken with white wine, or a chicken cutlet rolled up with pesto & coated with cornflake crumbs.
