I'm a big fan of Toiv Day Camp (Rebbitzen Oshry) on 17th between O&P. I believe it's about $800 for 8 weeks.

can you explain why it was terrible? My daughter is asking to go there as a good friend from school will be attending.

I really liked the day camp (and nursery) for my kids. I like that it's only preschool age, and not part of a larger camp. It's a nice cross between a backyard camp and a more professional day camp - they go on trips and have very nice activities in the building. The schedule is really suited to little kids (the day is over at 2:45), they provide lunch and offer transportation. I sent there for at least 3 summers and had only good experiences. Perhaps the amother above can detail what her awful experience was like.
