If I'm cooking tomorrow, do I want to freeze my food or place in the fridge? I'm going to be preparing salmon, chicken, veg soup, and some kugels. On Friday I will make the fresh salads and cholent.
What is the bet way to store the foods I make tomorrow? Will they stay fresh enough for fri night AND Motzei Shabbos if I put it in the fridge? And if I should freeze something, what is the best way to reheat after - defrost first or straight in oven? (on Friday of course, or Mtz"sh)...

I don't think you need to freeze them, just make sure they are covered really well

I vote for fridge. It's only a couple of days.
