For a cream puff recipe im trying I'm supposed to mix milk with a pudding mix and then add some whipped rich's whip. Im not spending all that money on soy milk for half a cup so instead of milk should I use more rich's whip or coffee whitener? Just to make sure I buy enough - I small container of rich's whip is equal to 1 cup correct?
TIA

You can certainly use coffee whitener for the milk part. Personally I'd use almond milk (and when I open it I divide the rest into small amounts a freeze it until needing it again). I also buy the soy milk that comes in the individual serving boxes so that I don't need to open a big container if I just need a little. A small Rich's Whip is a scant cup -- it should be fine.
